Our client is a major banking and financial services operation. An opportunity for a candidate with a backgroundin the customer administration aspects of collective investments (Transfer Agency) has arisen. You will:
• Be proactive in the take on and on-going administration functions for new and existing clients as required.
• Assist internal/external clients in the use of performance data and products.
• Ensure that all client activity is processed correctly in accordance with the relevant procedures and agreed Service levels.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a background in Transfer Agency - customer administration for unit trust, OEIC or ISA products
- Candidate must be prepared to complete Industry qualifications as required.
- Have a good standard of education to GCSE level |
